Andrea Peres is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Meridian Credit Union and Meridian OneCap Credit Corp since February 2020, Andrea leads the development of a comprehensive talent strategy aimed at organizational transformation. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Moneris, where a national team was guided in strategic HR initiatives, and HR Department Head for the Town of Halton Hills, focused on cultural revitalization. Andrea's earlier experience encompasses positions with Meridian Credit Union, Ontario Place, and the Ontario Public Service, encompassing a wide range of HR functions from talent management to organizational design.
