Virginia Rhodes is a seasoned professional in executive compensation with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently, Virginia serves as a Partner and Lead Executive Compensation Consultant at Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC, a position held since February 2010, following roles as a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant. Prior to this, Virginia worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates from June 2004 to January 2010 and at Towers Perrin from June 1996 to August 2002. Virginia holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earned between 2002 and 2004.
