Christina (Chris) Ross has extensive experience in technical services and product support, currently serving as Technical Services Director at Meridian Bioscience since September 1999. In this role, Christina effectively manages a team responsible for technical support and training, collaborating with the FDA and ISO on inspections and achieving recognition for strong audit performance. Christina's responsibilities include strategic planning, personnel development, and the creation of training programs for both internal and external customers. Prior to this, Christina was the State Head Coach for the Kentucky Olympic Development Soccer Team and served as Operations Manager at Dixie Fitness, where services were tailored to individual fitness needs. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Kentucky University.
