Elshaday Ayele is a Junior Analyst at Meridiam, having started in September 2021, where responsibilities include preparing investment reports, sharing project information, conducting financial modeling, and supporting the ad hoc due diligence process. Prior to this role, Elshaday served as a Constituency Officer for the National Election Board of Ethiopia from February 2021 to August 2021, aiding in the organization of the 6th Ethiopian General Elections through voter registration data collection and coordination with the logistics department. Elshaday also gained civil engineering experience through a position at Midroc, working on a Red Cross project from March 2019 to July 2019. Elshaday holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Addis Ababa University (2016-2021) and a Diploma in Environmental Management from Asean Online Education (September 2021 - December 2021).
