Beatrice Moulianitaki has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Beatrice is currently working as an IMAGINE Leader at IMAGINE, a community that supports corporates, entrepreneurs, and civil society leaders committed to positive impact. Prior to this, Beatrice worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at Meridia. Beatrice also served as a Member of SER Topvrouwen at SER Topvrouwen.
Beatrice has extensive experience in sustainable sourcing and cocoa sustainability. Beatrice held the position of Head of Sustainable Sourcing at The Hershey Company, where they led the development and implementation of Hershey's cocoa sustainability strategy called "Cocoa For Good." Beatrice was responsible for various aspects of the sustainability program, including impact program development, sustainable sourcing, ESG, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Beatrice achieved significant growth in sustainable sourcing volume, origins, and farmer coverage during their tenure at The Hershey Company.
Before joining The Hershey Company, Beatrice worked as a Senior Program Manager Sustainable Cocoa at Solidaridad and as an Interim Field Manager Africa at UTZ Certified. Beatrice also gained experience as a Sr. Consultant Entrepreneurship Development at Triodos Facet, where they were responsible for formulating large-scale tenders in the field of SME and entrepreneurship.
Early in their career, Beatrice worked in various roles as part of the International Commercial Management Development Traineeship at The HEINEKEN Company. Beatrice also worked as an independent sustainability advisor, interim manager, and trainer, taking on assignments in sales strategy, advisory reports, entrepreneurship simulation game development, employee activation programs, and trade marketing training.

Beatrice Moulianitaki has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Beatrice obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Groningen, graduating in 2003. In 2009, they attended ILO Turin and completed two certificate programs: one in Enterprise Development through Value Chains and Business Service Markets, and another in Financial Management for Development Projects.
Before their time at the University of Groningen and ILO Turin, Beatrice received a Fulbright Scholarship and studied at Indiana University Bloomington in 1996 and 1997. Their studies at Indiana University focused on the intersection of business and art. Prior to their university years, Beatrice attended Sint Ignatius Gymnasium in Amsterdam from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued a Gymnasium degree. During this time, they dedicated herself to subjects such as Dutch, English, French, German, Ancient Greek, History, Math, and Economics.
Looking ahead to the future, Beatrice is set to begin studies at the University of Oxford in 2023. Beatrice will be pursuing a certificate in Transformational Leadership as part of the IMAGINE cohort II.
