Alyiah Plummer is an experienced professional in the mental health field, currently serving as a Health Information Clerk at Meridell Achievement Center since April 2019. In this role, Alyiah has strengthened client relationships through various calling campaigns and collaborated with Mental Health Professionals to enhance client success. Previously, Alyiah worked as a Mental Health Technician, where responsibility included managing client experiences and resolving issues independently to maintain satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Target, which focused on assisting customers and improving the shopping experience. Alyiah holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
