Chris Ellis is a seasoned software developer currently at Merge Mobile, Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating on new iOS app features and refactoring legacy code using modern object-oriented programming practices. Previous roles at Merge Mobile include serving as Technical Lead, where Chris communicated with clients to identify technical needs and managed project pipelines, and as a Form Developer, focusing on client projects with Python and JavaScript. Prior to Merge Mobile, Chris worked at Mount of Olives Church as the Student Worship Arts Director, overseeing the maintenance of the student ministry website and orchestrating creative components for services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Concordia University Irvine, earned in 2016.
