Kristy Dickson has extensive work experience in the technology and infrastructure industry. Kristy is currently employed at Mereo Networks as the Senior Vice President of Operations & Integration. In this role, they are responsible for leading the integration of four companies acquired by Highway 89, including Vicidiem, Mereo Networks, Broadband Holdings, and Digital Home Lifestyles. Kristy oversees field operations, project management, and asset management teams.

Prior to this, Kristy worked at Vicidiem as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they briefly served as the Director of Operations in January and February 2019.

From 2007 to 2019, Kristy worked at PhoenixNAP.
