Tertius Venter has extensive experience in the forestry industry, currently serving as the Tree Improvement and Nursery Manager at Merensky Timber since May 2020, following a role as Assistant Nursery & Research Manager. Prior to this, Tertius was a Silviculture Forester at Diggersrest Timber Company from March 2018 to April 2020. Tertius holds a Master's degree in Forestry and Wood Science from Stellenbosch University, scheduled for completion in February 2024, and has also earned a Postgraduate Degree in Forestry from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Nelson Mandela University.
