Jean Ochoro-Ayoki, MBA, CMPE, has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mercy Medical Center since October 2011, following a role as Sr. Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Jean worked as a Clinic Business Manager at Physio from 2004 to 2011 and served as a Medical Coder and Billing Office team member at MercyCare Community Physicians from May 2000 to June 2004. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, both obtained from Mount Mercy University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Management from Kirkwood Community College.
