Mary-Anne Gallagher has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Mary-Anne is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Mercy Health Australia since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Director, People and Culture at Cabrini Health from 2014 to 2021. During their tenure at Cabrini Health, they played a crucial role in developing the organization's People & Culture strategy and operating model. Mary-Anne also led the implementation of various initiatives to enhance leadership capability and build a sustainable culture.
