Jamoria Boyd, MBA, currently serves as the Clinic Manager at Mercy Care, overseeing the management of medical assistant staff, front desk agents, and resource specialists while coordinating patient care across multiple departments including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Dental Services. Prior to this role, Jamoria held various positions at Emory Healthcare, culminating in the role of Supervisor of Clinical Operations, where responsibilities included supervising non-clinical support staff and managing departmental goals. Additional experience includes roles in patient coordination and administrative support within healthcare, a leadership position at Rainbow Apparel Co where revenue growth was achieved, and a foundational role as a Disability Adjudicator with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency. Jamoria holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Mercer University and a BBA in Business Management from Clayton State University.
