Richard Carlson is a proficient Service Desk Analyst currently with Mercury NZ since June 2023. Previously, Richard served as a Managed Services Engineer and IT Support Technician at Xuba from July 2019 to June 2023. Richard's experience also includes a tenure as a Customer Experience Representative at Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) in 2018. Richard holds a Diploma in Applied Information Technology and a Certificate in National Information Technology, both earned at Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology.
