Rachael Payne has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Data Migration Lead and Operational Excellence Manager at Mercury NZ since April 2005. Rachael has also held positions such as Theme Lead - Work Smarter and Finance Services Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at Mighty River Power as a Financial Project Manager from April 2005 to September 2019. Rachael's educational background includes attending Tararua College.
