Paul Collins is an experienced manager in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Dispatch & Revenue Assurance at Mercury NZ since November 2022. Prior experience includes a 25-year tenure at Trustpower, where roles encompassed management of assurance, collections, dispatch, and quality, as well as leading projects aimed at enhancing customer care and revenue assurance. Early career experience includes a service management role at NZTS Services from 1987 to 1994. Collins has developed expertise in revenue assurance, fraud detection, and managing outage response, focusing on both residential and commercial operations. Education was completed at Tauranga Boys College.
