Previously, at 2degrees NZ Ltd, Marcus managed a team of 16 customer care agents, emphasizing service quality and effective coaching. With a strong background in technical support and customer service management gained through various roles at Concentrix and Spark New Zealand, Marcus has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving team performance and fostering positive customer interactions.
