Hazel Jia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the accounting sector. Currently serving as Finance Manager - Portfolio at Mercury NZ since May 2021, Hazel has previously held roles such as Senior Accountant - Generation and Accountant - Retail within the same company. Prior to Mercury NZ, Hazel was a Financial Accountant at Brand Developers Limited and a Business Performance Advisor - Capital Projects at healthAlliance. Additionally, experience as a Business Accountant at SME Financial Limited was gained from November 2015 to July 2018. Hazel holds full membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Auckland.
