Barbara Reid currently serves as the Channel Support Team Leader at Mercury NZ, a position held since August 2019, where expertise in managing a team of 14 administrators is leveraged to enhance pre- and post-sales support. Prior to this role, Barbara gained extensive experience at Trustpower, working as a Channel Support Specialist and a Campaign Administrator from June 2015 to August 2019, focusing on accurate campaign execution and customer support. Earlier professional experience includes roles as a Senior Office Administrator at New World Mount Maunganui and Office Administrator positions at both Papamoa Pak n Save and New World Gate Pa. Barbara's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Waikato, expected to complete in February 2026, and a Certificate in Business Administration and Technology from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, completed in November 2011.
