Stephanie Noriea currently serves as Managing Director at Mercury Public Affairs, LLC, starting in October 2024. Previously, Stephanie held the role of General Counsel and VP of External Affairs at Nest Health from December 2022 to August 2024, focusing on value-based contracting and Medicaid policy. In August 2022, Stephanie became President of Derive Strategies, LLC, advising healthcare tech start-ups on business development and government relations. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Ready, Attorney at Baker Donelson, and Law Clerk for United States District Court Judge Jane Triche Milazzo. Stephanie began their career with positions in the United States Senate and The White House, after earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from LSU Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College.
