Rohini Pandhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Expansion at Mercury since October 2023, Rohini also co-founded Transparent Collective in January 2016, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underrepresented founders in Silicon Valley, successfully advancing over 70 startups with notable funding achievements. Prior roles include Product Lead at Block, where Rohini managed key product lines related to Bitcoin Wallet and Square Payments, and positions at PubNub and Rackspace, where strategic product initiatives were developed and executed. Expertise encompasses a strong background in technology and business, supported by an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
