Nina G. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, marketing, and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Customer Onboarding Team at Mercury since July 2022, Nina previously held multiple roles at Gusto from November 2015 to July 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Manager for Escalations in Customer Success. Prior experience includes positions at Zomato, Kucerak & Co, StudentsVille Italia, and AltrEvento, where responsibilities ranged from content organization and event coordination to social media management and marketing communications.
