Glen G. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they started working at Innovative Medical Equipment, LLC, where they held the positions of Director/Product Manager and Vice President of Operations. During their time there, they led commercialization efforts for thermal therapy devices, negotiated contracts with suppliers and regulatory agencies, and managed the company's intellectual property portfolio. Glen also secured the company's Federal Supply Schedule contract and sourced a clinical study through the Veteran's Health Administration. In 2015, they joined Mercury Biomed, LLC as Vice President of Operations. Prior to their roles in the medical equipment industry, they worked as an Analyst at Love Funding Corporation and as a Commercial Real Estate Development Intern at Forest City Enterprises.

Glen G. pursued their education starting from 1994 to 1998 at Hawken School where they completed their high school studies. Following this, they attended Miami University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. While at Miami University, Glen majorly focused on Finance and Marketing, and also minored in Entrepreneurship.
