Sridhar Allu is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and engagement management, currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Mercurius IT since March 2021. Previously, Sridhar held the role of Engagement Director at Infosys from August 2018 to January 2020, and was an Account Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from June 2010 to July 2018, specializing in program and delivery management.
