Petra Gale MSc is an experienced professional with a robust background in consulting, coaching, and management. As the Founder and Managing Director of Xceeda Group since 2014, Petra focuses on transforming strategies into tangible results through a people-centric approach. Additional roles include Senior Associate Consultant at Mercuri International Group, Executive Coach and Associate at Endaba Group, and Consultant at Solution Cell, all since 2022, alongside serving as Director at Selling with RESPECT™ since 2017. Petra has also worked as an Associate Consultant at Accenture from 2018 to 2023, and held commercial leadership positions at IP Centrum Ltd and de Banke Group Ltd between 2011 and 2013. Petra's career began as the Head of Procurement at IQor - Telmar Network Technology and as National Sales Manager at Brauer Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.
