Alex Thomason is a seasoned Process Consultant with extensive experience in business process improvement and management. Currently at Roc Technologies since April 2018, Alex focuses on implementing sustainable process management platforms that enhance visibility and collaboration across organizations. Previously, from August 2007 to March 2018, Alex held various roles at Dixons Carphone, responsible for the creation and maintenance of numerous process platforms and documentation, supporting over 15,000 users globally. Areas of expertise include process mapping, design standards, workforce on-boarding, multi-channel process improvement, and customer experience enhancement. Alex has successfully led teams in delivering comprehensive processes for new network launches and developed business process management solutions in joint ventures.
