Carlos Marian has a diverse work experience. Carlos started their career as a Controller Analyst at Grupo Cativa in 2010. Carlos then moved on to work as the Manager of Administration and Finance at Cervejaria Schornstein from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Bograntex Indústria do Vestuário as a Financial Coordinator, and stayed there until 2015. Carlos is currently working at Mercos, where they have held several positions including Financial Coordinator from 2015 to 2017, Financial Manager in 2017, Controller from 2017 to 2021, and currently serves as the CFO.

Carlos Marian earned an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2021 to 2022. Their field of study was Administration and Business.

In 2018, Carlos Marian attended Integração Escola de Negócios for a degree in Control Management. This program was focused on Accounting and Business and lasted for the duration of one year.

From 2008 to 2011, Carlos Marian studied at UNIASSELVI and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Their field of study during this period was specifically focused on Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos Marian has also obtained certifications. In February 2021, they earned the "CFO do Futuro" certification from Be Academy. Furthermore, in June 2020, they obtained a certification in "Valuation de Startups" from Escola do Financeiro.
