Sai Arora has diverse work experience in various positions and roles.

Starting in 2012, Arora co-founded the Wolstein Entrepreneur Scholars at The Ohio State University, where they established a capstone course for the Entrepreneurship minor. They were responsible for creating the website, promoting the brand, and collaborating with other entrepreneurial groups.

In 2013, Arora worked as an IT Analyst at Cisco Systems.

From 2014 to 2015, Arora co-founded Root Systems, Inc., a software company.

In 2014, Arora joined Gusto! as an Inbound Sales Representative and later became an Inbound Sales Team Lead and SDR Team Lead. They set success metrics, coached sales professionals, and analyzed data to inform strategies.

Arora worked at Talkdesk from 2016 to 2017 as a Customer Success Manager and managed a $1.5M customer portfolio. They analyzed customer data, conducted executive business reviews, and provided customer trainings.

At Magento, an Adobe Company, Arora worked as a Product Manager, focusing on growth from 2017 to 2020. They also worked in Business Operations & Strategy - Cloud.

Arora then joined Invoice2go in 2021 as a Payments Product Manager. They led product strategy, owned the product roadmap and monetization strategy, and grew the Instant Transfer Line of Business.

At Bill.com, starting in 2021, Arora also worked as a Payments Product Manager, leading the BillPay offering for microbusinesses and contributing to the growth of the Instant Transfer TPV.

Finally, in 2022, Arora founded Mercoa and assumed the role of Founder & CEO.

Sai Arora has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Ohio State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2013. In 2023, they attended Y Combinator for a program named W23, though the specific field of study is not provided.
