Ethan Strauther is an experienced professional currently participating in the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program at Merck, where rotations have included proactive process monitoring of Pneumovax bulk manufacturing and process engineering in Dunboyne, Ireland, as well as external manufacturing operations for Gardasil. In addition to work at Merck, Ethan has been involved with the National Society of Black Engineers since September 2018, serving in various leadership roles including President and 2019 New England Zone Conference Planning Chair. Educational accomplishments include a degree from Boston University, supplemented by internships and roles such as Lab Quality Intern at Merck, Global Technology and Operations Summer Analyst at Bank of America, and Research Assistant at Boston Medical Center.
