Elliot Gordon has extensive experience in both board leadership and mentoring roles across multiple organizations. Since 2006, Elliot has served as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. In 2010, Elliot became a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee for the ACLU Foundation of Southern California while also volunteering as a mentor for South Central Scholars. Elliot joined the Larta Institute as a Board Member in 2011. Prior to this, Elliot had a significant career at Korn/Ferry International from 1981 to 2010, holding the position of Senior Client Partner. Elliot holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, earned between 1982 and 1984, and a B.A. in Anthropology from Cornell University, completed in 1970.
