Renaut Damien is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various regions. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia at Merck Group, Renaut has also held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and Head of HR for site and legal entity functions within the same organization. Additionally, Renaut has experience in the judicial sector as a Juge Prud'homal and Conseiller Prud'hommes Employeur at Ministère de la Justice and possesses an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School.
