Eszter Baur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and operations excellence, particularly within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business & Operations Excellence at Merck Group since August 2021, Eszter drives strategic initiatives in the Central Cluster and enhances commercial excellence capabilities. Notably, as Project Lead of Family Forward, Eszter spearheaded measures to improve access to fertility treatment in Switzerland.
