Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader specializing in engineering, innovation, and blockchain development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to technical staff in various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements in decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector. Additional experience includes serving on the Foundation Board and as CTO of Share&Charge, as well as advisory roles with IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, completed a course on Fintech at MIT, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
