Jack F. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they started working at Flying Pig Helicopters as an Operations Assistant for a brief period. In the same year, they joined VVB Aviation Services Limited as a Helicopter Operations Manager and later became a Flight Instructor. In 2019, they joined Elstree Aviation Centre as an Operations Administrator and ICE Helicopters as a Flight Instructor and then transitioned to the Head of Operations role. Jack also worked as a Media and Marketing Manager at MATRON PRODUCTIONS LIMITED. In 2021, they co-founded Merchr and became the Head of Operations.

Jack F. attended Highgate School from 2011 to 2016, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. In terms of additional certifications, Jack obtained a PPL(H) from the Federal Aviation Administration in August 2016.
