Jim Houpt is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the service industry. As the owner of Merchants Security Service since February 1999, Jim has developed strong leadership and operational management skills. Prior to this role, Jim served as a branch manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from April 1995 to February 2000 and worked as a server at Bill Knapps from 1986 to 1994. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1994, and attended Fairmont High School from 1988 to 1990.
