Susan Brown is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at the Merchant Risk Council since March 2019. As the first regional employee for the MRC in the APAC region, Susan has played a pivotal role in uniting eCommerce payments and fraud prevention professionals. Previous roles include Membership Manager for Europe & APAC at MRC and Program Manager for Europe at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Additional experience spans various positions in marketing, client relations, and HR across different organizations, including William Fry and Sinnott Hotels. Susan holds multiple diplomas in Leadership & Management, Project Management, and Digital Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin.
