Jeffrey Overmyer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Product Operations at Merchant Centric, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Client Success at SaaSMQL from December 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining SaaSMQL, Overmyer had multiple roles at Merchant Centric. Jeffrey served as the Director of Data & Fulfillment from December 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Business Data Analyst from September 2018 to December 2019, a Major Account Fulfillment Manager from October 2014 to December 2019, a Tier 2 Specialist from February 2014 to October 2014, and a Fulfillment Specialist from October 2013 to February 2014.

Overmyer's early career included working as a Crew leader at Hoosier Cutters LLC. from June 2007 to December 2012. Jeffrey also had a Marketing Internship at South Bend Parks and Recreation from May 2010 to August 2010.

From 2007 to 2012, Jeffrey Overmyer attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration Management.
