Sophie Smith is a Health Consulting Analyst at Mercer, having joined the company in June 2023, and previously served as a Health Consultant Intern. In addition to this role, Sophie holds significant leadership positions, including Vice President of Campus Life and Senator for Campus Life within Duke Student Government from September 2020 to May 2024, and President of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity in 2023. Sophie also gained research experience as a Research Analyst at Duke University's Bass Connections from January 2021 to August 2022. Academically, Sophie is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy with a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies at Duke University, with an international study experience at UNSW focused on Natural and Social Sciences, Applied Mathematics, and Arts. Prior education includes a High School Diploma from Dominican Academy.
