Madelin Chau is a Career Consulting Analyst at Mercer since August 2023 and has been a Peer Information Consultant at the University of Michigan since March 2021, assisting students with research and information literacy questions. Previous roles include serving as a Michigan Library Scholars Research Intern, compiling data on global open access policies, and contributing to the Beta Alpha Rho Pre-Law & Public Service Fraternity as a member of the Philanthropy Committee. Madelin held an HR DEI Workforce Design Intern position at General Motors and led A/PIA Students in Business as President, focusing on empowerment and diversity in business. Academic experience includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School and a Business Minor from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additional involvement includes tutoring, founding a Covid-19 blog series for UNICEF USA, and participating in event planning for Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
