Jessica Grady Heard is a seasoned talent consultant currently with Building For Mission, leading projects that emphasize race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) in talent management. With prior experience as Chief of Equity and Inclusion at the National Center for Teacher Residencies and various leadership roles at District of Columbia Public Schools, including Deputy Chief of Equity and Talent Acquisition, Jessica has consistently focused on enhancing equity and talent practices. Additional experience includes managing programs at organizations such as TNTP, Heads Up, and Breakthrough Collaborative. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grinnell College, complemented by an educational background at Cincinnati Country Day School.
