Ehsan Fahmi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and talent solutions, currently serving as Director Client Success at Mercer Talent Enterprise since May 2017. Ehsan has held multiple key positions within the organization, including Associate Director and Head of Assessment Solutions, contributing to the elevation of human capital across the MENA region. Prior to this role, Ehsan worked at Cubiks from February 2011 to May 2017, where expertise was developed in designing and delivering assessment solutions and training for various sectors, including aviation and hospitality. Ehsan's career began as a PR Executive intern at Dubai Healthcare City, assisting in public relations and event strategies.
