Elizabeth Melton-Grace is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Mercer Island School District since August 2018, focusing on first grade and kindergarten classrooms. Prior roles include Research Assistant at the HighScope Educational Research Foundation, where Elizabeth conducted assessments and analyses on significant educational projects, and Research Associate at the University of Michigan, compiling literature reviews in early childhood education. Elizabeth also held the position of Project Manager at Beyond Basics, overseeing tutoring and art instruction for various age groups, and served as Executive Director for Summer in the City, managing operations and fundraising efforts.
