Diana Sanati is a registered nurse currently working at Mercer Health since August 2023, while also serving as a Resource House Supervisor at Wayne HealthCare since March 2017. With a diverse background in nursing, Sanati has held multiple roles at Wayne HealthCare, including RN Supervisor of the Pain Management Center and charge nurse in an intensive-care unit, focusing on patient safety and quality improvement. Sanati completed 1,000 immersion hours in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Nurse Executive Program at The Ohio State University, gaining experience in systems-level evaluations and inter-professional collaboration.
