Jess Hunter has over a decade of experience in customer service and financial services, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service & Self Service at Mercedes-Benz Australia since June 2015. Jess has held various roles within the company, including Task Lead for COVID Financial Assistance, Team Leader at the Retail Lending Centre, Acting Manager of Contracts Administration, and Senior Contract Administrator. Prior to this, Jess worked at Westpac Group from April 2009 to May 2015, taking on roles such as Account Manager/Complaints Officer, where responsibilities included handling high volumes of inbound customer service calls and managing outbound collections, as well as serving as an Assistant Trainer for new employees.
