Jordan Hirschfield currently holds the position of Director - Prepaid Advisory Services at Javelin Strategy & Research, where Jordan leads research, analysis, and consulting opportunities for the Prepaid Payments practice. Prior to this role, Jordan served as a Senior Research Leader at RentPath and as Director of Customer Insights at GSMA, where Jordan was responsible for driving customer insights and strategic decisions across regions. With a background in marketing and analytics, Jordan has extensive experience in directing strategic market planning and analysis for various organizations. Jordan holds a Master's in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
