Will Riggs is the account executive at Mercato. Will also grew CSM department from 1 to 6 with 100% employee retention and created customer service call center of 4 employees to field urgent customer inquiries/needs. In addition, they created onboarding specialist team of 4 to assist in activating merchant partners on Mercato platform. Furthermore, Will transitioned pricing model to monthly subscription, going from $0 to $100K+ MRR in under 9 months. Lastly, they analyzed multiple data points to create a “Merchant Health” system to identify improvements needed to retain and grow merchant base.
Will Riggs attended Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus in finance and management. Will also attended Westfield Senior High School.
