Andrew K. Smith brings more than a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, successfully leading management, growth, and value creation. He is a recognized and award-winning expert on investment selection and diligence, restaurant site selection and development, team development, and operational controls across multiple brands, geographies, and market cycles.
Andrew was a recipient of the 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year® award, was designated a 2017 QuantumShift Entrepreneur Fellow, was chosen to be BusinessQ Magazine’s 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year, and was recently was honored with BusinessQ’s Hall of Fame Award as a one-man economic engine in Utah.
Prior to co-founding the Savory Fund, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer of Four Foods Group (“FFG”), a food and beverage investment and operations firm founded in 2009. Four Foods Group was listed as one of the top 100 restaurant operators in the nation for 3 consecutive years and as an Inc. 500/5000 company for 8 years.
