Matthew Vass is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing IT infrastructure and ERP systems. Currently serving as IT Manager at Mercantile Development, Inc. since February 2023, Matthew oversees the company's IT operations and is an expert on the Epicor ERP system. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Presco Engineering from September 2021 to February 2023, including ERP Implementation Manager and Director of Business Systems, where responsibilities encompassed implementing and managing ERP systems while optimizing organizational processes. Matthew’s experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Defibtech, LLC, as Senior Director of Information Systems and Business Operations, and other software engineering roles in companies like Retina Systems and Connecticut Technologies. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven.
