Calla Fankhanel has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations at Mercantile Development, Inc. since September 2009. Prior to this role, Calla worked at Operation Smile in various capacities, including Programs & Operations Director from June 2007 to January 2010, and International Development Manager from July 2002 to March 2007. Calla's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Colby College and a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
