Adam Voss began their work experience in 2013 as a Sales Associate at MC Sports, where they worked until 2016. In 2015, they joined Norberts Glass & Mirror Co. as a Technician, and remained there until 2017. In 2017, Adam joined Mercantile Bank as a Commercial Credit Intern, and went on to become a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst II in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Loan Officer at Mercantile Bank, starting in July 2020.

Adam Voss attended Grandville High School from 2009 to 2013. After completing high school, they enrolled in Grand Valley State University from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
