Misti Stanton has a strong background in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Mercantile Bank since May 2014. Prior to this role, Misti worked as the Training Coordinator for the Schools of Hope Program at Heart of West Michigan United Way from March 2010 to May 2014. Misti's educational credentials include studies at Jackson State University and Grand Rapids Junior/Community College.
